Mr. Roy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.Comm.) from McGill University. He has over 25 years of experience working in the fields of finance, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Roy has served on the board of directors of more than 15 companies (including various life sciences companies) as well as on the audit committee of a number of such companies.
