Technology Overview

Technology is the foundation of our business model. It enables us to do what we do – optimize the performance of proven drugs to develop unique, flexible, value-added formulations that fulfill unmet needs in the marketplace. Our various technologies provide not only the opportunity to improve the administration of a drug by improving the dosing regimen (e.g. to once-daily from multiple-times daily), but also the opportunity to improve efficacy and safety.

We have three distinct, yet complementary, technology platforms:

• INTELLITAB™ – for abuse/misuse-deterrent formulations of controlled-released oral dose therapeutics
• CONTRAMID ^® – for oral controlled release delivery of soluble to sparingly soluble drugs
• POLYMERIC NANO-DELIVERY SYSTEMS™ – for delivery of water insoluble or poorly bioavailable drugs via a variety of administration routes.
