Richard J. MacKay
Chairman of the Advisory Board, Valeo Pharma 

Mr. Richard J. MacKay was President and Chief Executive Officer of Stiefel Canada Inc. from 1975 to December 2009. A graduate of Sir George Williams University (now Concordia) and recipient of advanced business diplomas from both Harvard University and the École des Hautes Études Commerciales, Mr. Richard J. MacKay has a vast experience in management and sales in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Asia and North America. He presently serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board for Valeo Pharma.

As well as serving on the Board of Labopharm, he is a former Chairman of the Board of the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association of Canada (PMAC), and a Director of the Nonprescription Drug Manufacturers Association of Canada and the Canadian Dermatology Foundation.
