Lucie Zerbini
Labopharm employee since 1995
Already on a path to success, Lucie Zerbini’s career took off after joining Labopharm. A chartered accountant by training, Lucie joined the Company as Assistant Controller. Labopharm was quick to recognize the strength of her commitment and loyalty, promoting Lucie to the role of Controller. Lucie chose to pursue an Executive MBA through the Université de Sherbrooke. Upon graduation, management immediately put Lucie’s new education to work, awarding her the opportunity to oversee the construction of Labopharm’s new facility which amalgamated three separate locations.
Once the building's construction was completed, she was commissioned to the pharmaceutical project management team developing her abilities in three areas: regulatory affairs, clinical studies and the various stages of drug development. In 2007, Lucie embarked on what is perhaps her most exciting challenge to date, joining Labopharm’s strategic planning team to participate more actively in Labopharm’s international strategy.
