POLYMERIC NANO-DELIVERY SYSTEMS™ (PNDS™): Our PNDS™ technology allows optimized delivery of water-insoluble drugs.

Oral Platform: Delivery of intravenous drugs, orally, has significant potential benefits for patients in terms of convenience and quality of life. In preclinical models, our oral platform has been shown to allow administration of a number of intravenous drugs by this preferred route. We believe that the potential benefits of this technology are of particular value in the field of oncology.

Intravenous Platform: We have completed proof of concept studies with an improved formulation of the widely used anesthetic propofol using our intravenous platform. Our PNDS™-propofol proved to be as efficacious as currently marketed products in pre-clinical models, with the added advantages of being a clear, miscible, lipid and preservative free liquid that does not support bacterial growth.
